It took some time to perfect this little bite, but the end result is a beautiful pairing to our Savory Tomato Jam. Simplistic ingredients that when blended and measured properly create a crunchy, flavor filled tidbit of delight. We took our own farm blended Herbs de Provence and Lavender Infused Grey Sea Salt paired them with a California Olive Oil to get a blend that is just right. The whole process isn’t too complicated but getting the right consistency along with a good manual press did take us a bit of time to get it just right.
